These terms govern your use of the Wishlist Alerts app ("the App") as a Wix store owner. By installing or using the App you agree to them.

1. What the App does

The App adds a customer-facing wishlist to your Wix Stores site: shoppers can save products, share their lists, and opt into back-in-stock and price-drop email alerts for items they saved. You get a dashboard showing wishlist activity and widget settings. Features vary by plan as described on our App Market listing.

2. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed by Wix under your Wix account, on the pricing shown in the App Market at the time of purchase. Pricing is flat per month or per year — the App contains no usage-based metering. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your Wix subscriptions; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period, per Wix's billing policies. Refunds are handled per Wix App Market policy.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the App only on stores and content you are entitled to operate, and in compliance with applicable laws and Wix's own terms.
• Alert emails are sent on your store's behalf only to shoppers who explicitly opted in. You must not attempt to use the App to send unsolicited messages or to import email lists.
• You are responsible for your own store's legal notices to your customers (such as your store's privacy policy), which should reflect your use of wishlist and alert functionality.

4. Shopper data

The App processes limited shopper data (saved products, an anonymous browser identifier, and opt-in email addresses) solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopper data from your store is never sold and never used for anything other than operating your store's wishlists and alerts. On uninstall, processing for your site stops.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available and alerts timely, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Alert delivery additionally depends on Wix's webhook delivery and email infrastructure. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the App entirely, we will provide reasonable notice via the App Market listing.

6. Intellectual property

We own the App and its code. You own your store and your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, processing your product data to detect price and stock changes).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost sales or profits) arising from use of the App, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate service for use that violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates risk for other users, with notice where practicable.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and material changes will be noted in the App's release notes.
